Consultation Call
Let’s hop on a virtual call to discuss your target audience(s). I’ll ask you a lot of questions and tell you a bit more about me. This lets me know how I can best tailor the approach to solve your organization’s leadership needs.
First Session: Level-Setting
The group and I will get to know each other, including where they’re at and where they want to be (aka: their shared goals). What are the challenges in their way? What are the options they have? How can they work together to offer support, guidance, and accountability back on their day jobs?
Together, we’ll craft a plan that will guide future sessions and build a stronger leadership community.
Ongoing Group Coaching Sessions
We’ll work out a structured and consistent schedule based on the group’s needs, availability, and “season” of what’s going on in their world (chasing that mythical calendar alignment!)
We want to make sure they’re getting what you need in the time and way they need it.
Graduation-ish
Peace out! ha. Just kidding. Kinda. Eventually, they’ll have the skills they need so they might not need me anymore (sniff, sniff). Or at least not in THIS season because we’ve done the work. But they’ll now have each other, which is better.
And…I’m always here for a check-in or situation. I’ll always be in your corner – and ready when your seasons change!
