Workshop Series
Leadership can be REAL lonely. And that sucks. So let’s not do it alone! Most of the time, leaders aren’t talking to each other about THIS stuff - the hard and messy people stuff - and therefore feel lost in knowing WHAT to do about it. Group workshops not only give you the words of work, the scripts for the most common uncomfortable conversations, and other people to share a collective sigh of relief that, “oh, good, I thought it was just me!” But they also help you share knowledge in a private (can’t guarantee confidentiality with gen pop but we try) and contained space to collaborate, share advice and best practices, and learn together.
These are also REAL concise. I don’t want to talk about Effective Feedback for 4-8 hours. I’m not a monster.

1:1 Coaching
Especially helpful for NEW leaders, work through specific challenges at work through 1:1 coaching in a private (aka confidential), supportive, and collaborative way.
When you’re looking to hire a coach, you should meet with me (obviously) AND 1-2 other coaches so that you feel confident you have the right chemistry match. We’ll all have similar training, skillsets, and toolboxes, but finding the right person to ride shotgun with you on your journey to awesomeness is most important.
