ABOUT ME

I’ve had a beautiful mosaic of a career come together to show me my calling as a Leadership Coach. I’ve worked in HR, hired and fired, climbed the ladder myself and jumped off, and found the most rewarding work helping others to live their best lives too - including at work. I’ve lived short stints in Edinburgh, Scotland, Madrid, Spain, the Appalachian Trail, and Happy Valley. But Erie, PA, by way of Philly (go birds) is home. For now.

EXPERIENCE

For the past 20 years (yeesh) I’ve been in HR: Talent Management, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Consulting and All things People-at-Work. For Fortune 50’s to boutique consulting firms, I’ve seen both sides of the leadership consulting business.

As an ICF Certified Coach (PCC) I work with clients 1:1 to accomplish the important things they want to accomplish - and help them do it faster than they would by themselves. Often leveraging assessments for self-insight, my go-to short list include The Hogans, 360’s, and a simple yet effective value sort activity or a Strength Finders Test.

For the last few years, I’ve been on the faculty of the Coach Leader Program at GroupWorks Global (highly recommend) helping to mentor and train new coaches. I love it; very “pay it forward” vibes.
